How Our Music Production Works
A step-by-step look at the setup, the moving parts, and what you receive when we build your music production.
The Technical Details
Production runs from a brief that names the mood, tempo range, reference tracks and every destination the music must serve, and the arrangement is planned around the required durations from the start rather than edited down afterwards. Sessions are recorded at 48 kHz to align with video timelines. Arrangement leaves deliberate space where dialogue or voiceover will sit, since music written full and then ducked under speech sounds like exactly that. Mixing is checked on more than one playback system including a small speaker, because a mix balanced only on studio monitors commonly loses its low end everywhere else. Mastering targets the destination: about -14 LUFS integrated for streaming platforms and a quieter, more controlled master for broadcast beds, with true peak held below -1 dBTP. Stems and alternate lengths, including loopable and instrumental versions, are produced during the session rather than requested later. Every element is originally composed or properly licensed, and the rights position for composition and recording is documented in writing at delivery.
